Christmas & New Year Closure Dates 2017/2018

 

With Christmas and New Year approaching, we would like to update you on our opening hours over the festive period.

MRC CTU Randomisation line
The MRC CTU Randomisation line will close at 5pm on Friday 22^nd December, and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 2^nd January 2018.

Add-Aspirin Trial Team at MRC CTU

The trial office will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. There will be limited MRC CTU cover by telephone and email (mrcctu.add-aspirin@ucl.ac.uk) between Wednesday 27^th and Friday 29^th December.

Biobanks

The last date for sending translational samples to biobanks is Wednesday 20^th December 2017. Wales Cancer Bank will re-open on Tuesday 2^nd January and Tayside Tissue Bank will re-open on Wednesday 3^rd January 2017. For any participants that are scheduled to be registered within this time period, translation blood samples can be taken prior to Wednesday 20th December and sent to your allocated biobank with a note on the Sample Collection CRF stating that the participant is not yet registered. Please remember to send an updated copy of the CRF to your biobank when the participant has been registered.
